Right access.
Right time. Proven control.
Identity architecture, implementation and managed services that protect critical systems without slowing legitimate work.
Treat identity as a primary security control.
We help organizations govern access, reduce privilege, integrate identity platforms and maintain evidence that users have only the access they need.
IAM strategy & architecture
Define an identity security target state that supports users, applications and cloud services without creating unnecessary friction. We assess current capabilities and build a practical roadmap for governance, authentication and access control.
- Current state identity assessment
- Target architecture and control model
- Prioritized IAM delivery roadmap
Implementation & integration
Connect identity providers, directories, applications and governance workflows into a coherent control plane. We design integrations, migrate access safely and validate that lifecycle processes work end to end.
- Identity provider and application integration
- Provisioning and deprovisioning workflows
- Testing, migration and operational handover
Privileged access management
Protect administrative credentials, sessions and high consequence operations with least privilege and accountable access. We implement vaulting, session controls, elevation workflows and emergency access.
- Credential vaulting and rotation
- Session monitoring and time limited access
- Privileged role discovery and governance
Managed IAM & PAM
Operate identity lifecycle, access reviews and privileged controls as an accountable managed service. We keep workflows moving, investigate exceptions and provide evidence that access remains appropriate.
- Joiner, mover and leaver operations
- Access certification and exception handling
- Privileged control monitoring and reporting
Control every identity. Protect every privileged action.
Identity and access management governs who can access business systems. Privileged access management applies stronger controls to administrators, service accounts and other identities that can change systems, reach sensitive data or disable security. We operate both as one accountable security service.
Make everyday access accurate and accountable.
We manage the identity lifecycle from onboarding through role changes and departure. Access is granted through approved workflows, reviewed against business need and removed when it is no longer justified.
Put high consequence access under control.
We discover privileged identities, secure credentials, govern elevation and monitor sensitive sessions. Administrators receive the access required for a defined task and duration, with evidence of who approved it and what occurred.
For organizations where access has outgrown manual control.
Managed IAM and PAM is valuable when identity responsibilities are spread across IT, security, human resources and application owners, or when growth, regulation and cloud adoption make access difficult to govern consistently.
Attackers increasingly sign in instead of breaking in.
A valid identity can make malicious activity look like normal work. Once an attacker obtains a password, session token, service account secret or administrator role, they can move through trusted systems while avoiding controls focused only on malware and network exploits.
Operate identity as a continuous security control.
We combine identity engineering, daily operations and security monitoring. Your team receives clear ownership, dependable workflows and evidence that access remains appropriate as people, roles and technology change.
Identity control failures have real consequences.
These public investigations show how a single weak or exposed identity can provide access to sensitive cloud services and create persistence beyond the original account.
Examples are based on public disclosures from Microsoft and Google Cloud Mandiant.
Password spraying and OAuth persistence
Microsoft reported that Midnight Blizzard compromised a legacy test account without multifactor authentication through password spraying. The actor then abused a legacy OAuth application, created additional applications and obtained access to corporate email. The incident demonstrates why dormant accounts, application permissions and privileged cloud identities require the same governance as employees.
Stolen credentials used for data theft and extortion
Mandiant reported that UNC5537 accessed customer Snowflake instances using credentials previously stolen by infostealer malware. Many affected accounts lacked multifactor authentication, credentials remained valid for long periods and network restrictions were absent. The campaign shows why external identities, contractor access, credential hygiene and strong access policy must be managed continuously.

Control the paths attackers use most.
Managed IAM and PAM reduce excessive access, protect privileged accounts and create reliable evidence of who can reach critical systems and why.
Build stronger security operations.
